Sellars Authorized Distributor Set Up

  1. Download and Complete
    the Customer Set-Up Forms:

    These forms will allow us to check your credit and get you set-up in our system.
  2. Email or Fax us your completed forms:
    Email the completed forms to customer service at
    Fax the completed forms back to customer service at 414-353-5707
  3. Customer Service will notify you when your credit is approved for ordering (both online and off)
    (If you would like to order Sellars® product before you receive credit approval, you can place your first order using your credit card)
    Please Note: It can take up to 3 weeks to receive credit approvals. Customer service will contact you and let you know when your credit has been approved.
After you become a distributor, set Sellars® up as a vendor in your system.
