VB.net Programmer
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team player to take the lead role in our application systems support and development. You will be responsible for updating our ERP/accounting systems, including existing custom programs. You will help develop new features, work directly with users, gather requirements and prioritize projects.
Development is done through MS Visual Studio Enterprise utilizing Visual Basic.net, MS SQL Server, and special shopfloor scanner/printer applications.
Key responsibilities:

Support existing shopfloor and order entry systems
- Update/support additional systems which interface with the Max ERP system and Microsoft Great Plains

Develop applications which meet the specifications developed by the design team
- Do initial testing, development and coordinate user testing, leading to sign-off by users and final implementation
- From time-to-time may also be asked to support the network if the primary and secondary support personnel are unavailable
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Experience in MS SQL, Visual Studio. Net, Visual Basic, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL Server Reporting Services
- 2 years of programming experience in a regular, full-time position
- Good organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive work attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Crystal Reports experience desirable
- Prior experience in manufacturing desirable
Education and experience:
- Bachelor degree with major in computer-related coursework
- Certifications showing expertise in programming concepts and the specific programming/database applications we currently use desirable

Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
We are currently looking for experienced machine operators to work on our continuous production process line. Prior experience working in the printing, paper production or paper converting industries is desirable.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform required maintenance of production lines to sustain efficient operation
- Troubleshooting
- Execute the company preventive maintenance plan
- General site maintenance
- Share on-call responsibilities
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Strong mechanical skills
- Strong background in electrical systems and controls
- Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Proficient use of machine shop equipment
- Welding experience required; primarily stick and MIG
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, manual, machine schematics, etc.
- Experience in paper processing or printing industry desired but not required
- Ability to work well as part of a maintenance team
Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant training desirable, particularly mechanical training.
- Minimum of five years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required
