Policies

In order to offer our customers the most competitive price possible on an every day basis we have certain policies we must adhere to. Please see below:

Returns

All requests for returns need to be made within 60 days of receipt of goods. Returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee. Customer will be responsible for freight on returned product. Additional deductions could apply after further inspection to cover repackaging or damages on all returned product. No items will be accepted for return after six months from date of purchase. Customers must call for an RGA number before returning anything.

Printed Catalogs

In order to meet our corporate “Green” initiatives, as well as reduce costs, we are no longer offering a printed catalog. All of our products are available on our new state-of-the-art website. Product specific sell sheets are available for download and can also be printed if needed.

Customer Event Programs

We do not participate in customer event programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, trade show fees, costs to be included in catalogs, and sports outings. We try to offer the most competitive price possible and therefore we do not have “padding” built in to cover these additional costs.

Samples

We do not offer full case samples. We offer sample packs that allow the customer to see and use our products in limited use. For larger “trial” usage, customers will need to order full case quantities.
